Contact The Rich Insider
Contact our team about a published article, correction, supporting evidence, privacy concern, copyright matter, business inquiry, or technical problem.
The clearest messages receive the most useful review. Please identify the article, page, financial claim, or website feature involved and explain what you need from our team. If your message concerns published information, include the exact statement and a reliable source that supports your request.
All inquiries can be sent to info@therichinsider.com. Use a specific subject line so your message can be directed to the appropriate review process.

Report a Technical IssueWhat to Include in an Editorial Request
A message that simply says a figure is wrong may not give our team enough information to review it. Please explain the issue and provide the strongest evidence available.
- The complete URL of the article or page.
- The exact sentence, amount, quotation, or claim involved.
- A short explanation of what you believe should change.
- A link or copy of the supporting evidence.
- The relevant publication, transaction, or effective date.
- Your relationship to the subject, if relevant.
Strong evidence may include an official filing, contract, court record, property record, company announcement, authorized statement, direct interview, or credible financial report. A different number on an unsourced website does not, by itself, prove that an estimate is incorrect.
Submitting Evidence Does Not Guarantee a Change
We review evidence according to its authenticity, relevance, date, authority, and connection to the published claim. A submitted document or statement may lead to a correction, update, clarification, wider estimate range, further research, or no change.
Advertisers, partners, publicists, and article subjects do not receive control over our independent editorial conclusions. Our decisions follow the standards described in the Editorial Policy, Fact-Checking Policy, and Corrections Policy.
Confidential and Sensitive Information
Do not send passwords, private login credentials, complete banking records, payment-card details, government identification numbers, medical records, or unrelated sensitive personal information through ordinary email.
If a confidential document may be relevant to a correction or legal concern, contact us first with a general description of the document. Do not send the file until an appropriate review method has been agreed upon.
Marking a message “confidential” does not automatically create an attorney-client, fiduciary, contractual, or other legally privileged relationship.
Article Removal Requests
A request to remove an article should identify the exact page and explain the specific legal, privacy, safety, identity, or factual basis for removal. A general objection or a preference that accurate public-interest information not appear may not justify removal.
We may consider correction, clarification, redaction, de-indexing, access limitation, or removal depending on the evidence, public interest, applicable law, age of the information, and potential harm.
Use the subject line Content Review Request when contacting us about removal or redaction.
Request a Content ReviewResponse and Review Process
Messages are reviewed according to their subject, supporting evidence, urgency, and effect on published content. Complex financial, copyright, legal, or identity matters may require additional time and verification.
Sending repeated copies of the same message does not speed up a review. A follow-up is most useful when it adds new evidence, corrects missing information, or answers a question from our team.
We cannot guarantee a personal response to every promotional message, unsolicited article pitch, link exchange request, or request that falls outside the purpose of the website.
